This has been the best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Joe, the owner & Guillermo, my salesman both went above & beyond in my purchase of a replacement car that had given me 300,000 plus miles, But finally rested in peace. They found me a exact replacement, same model, same color even with 60,000 miles & then fitted it out with new A/C & new tires. I flew in from St. Louis To Chicago, O'Hare to pick it up sight unseen. Joe had me picked up at the airport with my new car & threw me the keys to test ride. PERFECT VEHICLE ! Looked like new. They had detailed to almost a new car. Interior was nicer than a new car. He was a man of his word on price, NO SURPRISES. Except when it came to the paperwork, He removed $200. from the price for my plane ticket into town. Where was this guy when I was purchasing new cars in the past ? He understood I was retired & on a Soc. Security Fixed Income & He gave the best deal of my life. The original truck I came to see had been sold. Joe (salesman) went above and beyond to in pointing out the discrepancies with every vehicle we inquired about. Very straight forward and courteous. I can’t say enough about how helpful this dealership was in making sure that everything was taken care of from the customer to the vehicle. We traveled from Michigan to see a few different vehicles, this dealership made us feel like great neighbors. After trying to replace a brake light bulb, they found that the whole unit (top rear center) needed replacement, they ordered part on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday morning at my home in Michigan. Called Joe about six months ago when I needed to purchase a reliable used car for my elderly father who just needed a solid car to get him around. I saw good reviews online and found a car at a great price so I came out to see Joe & Guillermo and they were straightforward nice guys across the board. Family-owned and friendly place. Joe even programmed a remote key lock/alarm on the spot to make sure my dad had everything he needed. 2004 Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Engine) was my purchase from them and 6 months+ later, car continues to run great. The owner helped me find a car for my Grandma who at the time just had just gotten into an accident. She was hesitant to drive again so he worked with her to find something affordable but reliable and safe to put her mind at ease. He was extremely honest and transparent about what cars we could could depend on. We bought the car and she loved it. She doesn't drive anymore, but years later the car still rides amazing!
I bought a car from Fairway and I give them a 10/10. Guillermo helped me through the process. All together it was 2-3 days. Would’ve been faster but that was on my end. One of my brake lines broke about an hour after I drove off the lot, so I brought it back and the owner replaced it at no cost. Super nice people and very happy with my purchase!
